If you are age 60 or older, or your household income is below the federal poverty line, you qualify for our discounted rate.

Sliding-scale tax preparation

Our tax preparation service is friendly, patient, and thorough. We take the time to explain everything in plain language.
What's included
- Federal and state individual tax return preparation
- Review of last year's return for missed credits and deductions
- Help understanding IRS letters and notices
- Electronic filing and a printed copy for your records
Who qualifies for 50% off
Anyone age 60 or older, or with household income below the federal poverty line, pays $50/hour instead of $100/hour. If you're not sure, choose "I'm not sure" on the form and we'll figure it out together.

Bring any computer, phone, or tablet question — big or small — and get it answered live. No question is too basic. We meet once a month over Zoom, and you can just listen if you prefer.
